About these terms#
The app and online store are operated by Kumudu Software Solutions LLP(“Kumudu”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Who can use the service#
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. We currently sell and deliver only within India.
Your account#
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login and OTPs private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or that breaks these terms.
Products#
- Gold jewellery we sell carries BIS hallmarking with a HUID, as Indian law requires.
- Each product shows its metal, purity and weight. Handmade jewellery can vary slightly in weight; the invoice shows the actual weight of the piece you receive.
- Photos are for illustration. Colour and finish can look different on screen, and products may be shown larger than actual size.
Prices#
- Prices for gold and silver jewellery are linked to the day’s metal rate and can change during the day.
- The price is fixed when your payment succeeds. The order confirmation shows the metal rate, making charges and GST separately.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.
Orders#
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a payment is flagged as suspicious, or required identity documents are not provided. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Payments#
Payments are made through our payment gateway partner by card, UPI, net banking or other methods shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by the gateway, not stored by us. For purchases above ₹2 lakh, Indian tax law requires your PAN.
Delivery, returns and refunds#
Delivery is covered by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by the Return and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use#
Do not:
- use the app or store for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- try to access other users’ accounts or our systems without permission;
- copy, scrape or resell our content, designs or product photos;
- interfere with the app or store, or upload harmful code.
Intellectual property#
The app, website, designs, photos, text and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to shop with us.
Limitation of liability#
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law#
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
