Where we deliver#
We deliver to addresses within India only. At checkout, enter your PIN code to confirm we can deliver to it.
How long it takes#
- Ready-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being confirmed and usually reach you within 5–7 business days of the order.
- Made-to-order items take 15–21 days to make before dispatch. We confirm the expected date when you order.
Remote PIN codes can take longer.
How we ship#
- Every shipment is fully insured until it is handed over to you.
- Jewellery is packed in tamper-evident packaging.
- Delivery is made only against an OTP or signature. For high-value orders, the courier may ask to see a government photo ID matching the name on the order.
Tracking#
When your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also follow the order in the app.
When the parcel arrives#
Do not accept a parcel whose seal is broken or that looks tampered with. Refuse it and contact us at once. If you notice damage only after opening, record an unboxing video and report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
Missed or failed delivery#
If the courier cannot deliver, or the address given is wrong or incomplete, the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
Shipping charges#
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delays#
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions. We will keep you informed.
